Bhumijo is leading the design of a park and lake development in Motijheel’s commercial core, transforming RAJUK-owned land into a vital urban retreat. Funded by RAJUK, the project introduces green spaces, children’s play areas, shaded walkways, seating, and civic amenities within a dense business district. By softening the urban landscape and improving environmental quality, the project creates opportunities for relaxation and social interaction—offering Motijheel a balanced, accessible, and people-centered public space
